Doo-Wop
Stop
Sundays 8 – 11 am
At precisely Midnight, under a
full moon, back in 1957, a shadowy figure broke
the lock on a "day timer" radio station and
cranked the power up to 100,000 watts to
broadcast "Street Corner Harmony Records", now
known as "DOO WOP". The police responded to the
panicked calls of the public, but before they
could apprehend him, the intruder slipped out
the back door and into Rock and Roll History.
Legend has it the intruder left behind a cow
bell. He remains wanted to this day. Now, it’s
rumored that same voice can be heard on the
Nationally Syndicated ‘COOL BOBBY B’S DOO WOP
STOP’, where you’ll also occasionally hear the
sound of a cow bell.
