Howard Modell joined InFocus Advisors in 2008 with over 15 years of experience in investments, insurance and retirement planning.

Howard is also InFocus Advisors' in-house specialist on the high cost of college. In 1996, he founded In-Tuition College Funding Services, whose mission is to help college-bound students and their parents cope with financial aid applications, student loans and related issues.

Earlier, Howard spent 25 years in broadcasting, including ten years as a radio news anchor and assignment editor here in Syracuse, which makes him well qualified to host "Focus on Finance".
